Planning Session: 4-6 weeks before the wedding, we’ll hop on a call to finalize your timeline. We’ll map out exactly when family photos happen so there’s no need to chase anyone down.

Shot List: I’ll send over a digital questionnaire where you can list the family grouping you want; keeping the formal session efficient and stress-free.

Arrival & Setup: I’ll arrive 15-20 mins. early to scout the ceremony and reception lighting. This ensures the starting time.

The Style: My approach is a mix of candid storytelling and guided portraits. During the ceremony and reception, I’m a “fly on the wall” if you will. During the family and couple portraits, I’ll give clear, easy directions so everyone looks and feels natural.

The Timeline: I will cling to the coordinator or DJ to stay on track. If the cake cutting gets moved up I’ll be right there.

The Sneak Peeks: Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a preview gallery of 5-10 images. These are perfect for sharing on social media while the excitement is still fresh!

The Editing Process: Every photo in your gallery is individually selected and edited for color, lighting, and consistency.

Final Delivery: Your high-resolution digital gallery will be delivered via private dropbox link within 4-6 weeks. you’ll have full rights to download and share your images with friends and family.

Overtime Policy: Coverage begins at the agreed upon start time. If the event runs over the allotted hours in the selected bundle, additional coverage may be requested at a rate of $200 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments.

Image Selection: I’ll perform a folder of all the images taken, remove duplicated, blurs, and test shots. Only the final edited images will be delivered to the Client; raw or unedited pictures aren’t included.
